In Focus

234 Media's Aiye Films is developing a new feature film with Academy Award winning director, Ruby Yang. Yang won an Oscar in 2006 for "The Blood of Yiang-Zhou District" and was nominated again for "The Warriors of Qiugang" in 2011.

"Chocolate City," a love story between a Chinese woman and a Nigerian, provides a gritty, compelling take on the hard-scrabble life of African immigrants in China, but is at its heart a story about the triumph of the human spirit.

Aiye Films is delighted to have the privilege of working with a director of Yang's talent and distinction on this project which will be the first China-Nigeria film co-production.
